She began her career in aviation logistics, where she supported aircraft operators during AOG events by coordinating time‑critical parts deliveries to maintenance teams worldwide. Jenna later joined a large charter operator, where she worked in international flight operations supporting VIP and VVIP clientele. With hands‑on experience in flight operations, maintenance, FBO operations, and emergency response, Jenna now works closely with corporate flight departments, charter operators, and their customers to strengthen operational and passenger safety through independent third‑party safety audits and assessments.
